Homura is the third Flame Dragon with the power to create flame whips
and enhance his master's strength. Recca uses this with his close
combat fighting to be more effective and is one of Recca's strongest
attacks. During his lifetime, his flame took the form of a snake.
His human form is a somewhat bald man who still managed to keep a
ponytail. He had tanned skin. We wore green pants with an orange sash,
with simple white socks and black sandals. He wore numerous whips on his
body. His fire seal took the form of a think bracelet on his right
wrist. His Hokage clan symbol was on his left shoulder.
As a dragon he had a long four-jawed mouth with fangs. His 'hair' was slicked back in a upwards manner.

As a human, his skill with a whip was so good, that he could anything in his reach, even small bugs.
